New For Volunteers

• Registration: We are asking all volunteers to register to keep up with the latest campaign news and resources, as well as provide input and feedback on volunteer tools and support. Simply supply your name and agency information and fill out a short questionnaire to help stay informed about the campaign going forward.
• Leadership Conference Attendees: Please fill out this short Evaluation Survey to provide your feedback on the 9/3 kickoff.
• Mid-Campaign Luncheon Attendees:  Please take the time to fill out this brief Evaluation Survey to provide your feedback on the 11/19 event.
• Training: We value your input and suggestions on the training you received for the campaign. After completing your training, share your feedback by completing this Online Training Survey. This will enable us to gauge how effective our training is and what we can do to make it better.
• Updates and More: We’ll be adding more surveys going forward to collect feedback during and after the campaign to ensure we are meeting your needs and determine future enhancements.

New For Donors

• Campaign Feedback: We will collect donors’ feedback with a new check box on the Pledge Form in Section C, labeled “Count Me In!”. Please encourage your donors to check this box on the form. We will follow-up with both donors and volunteers to gather valuable feedback and make continual improvements to the campaign.
