Calling all creative supporters of the CFCNCA! For the first year, the CFCNCA is holding a PSA contest for all departments/agencies willing to make a video and submit it to be judged. Join in by submitting your own video highlighting the CFCNCA and the 50th Anniversary of the CFC.
Contest Rules and Requirements
All submissions must convey CFCNCA messages, be within legal, moral and ethical boundaries of the CFCNCA and meet the following criteria to be posted online and considered in judging:
- Submissions:
o Must be original product and may not contain copyrighted material.
o Original music or music obtained from free sources is acceptable.
- Length: 29 seconds
- Format: Please submit your spot in MPEG2, MOV or WMV.
- Content:
o PSA’s CANNOT mention any specific charity by name. Mention of
general charity types, however, is acceptable.
o Theme: Please include the CFCNCA 2011 theme “Hope is the greatest gift of all” AND mention the 50th anniversary of the Combined Federal Campaign
o Logo: Please include the new 50th Anniversary logo (available on the OPM website) in the PSA.
o Website: Include the CFCNCA website: www.cfcnca.org in your PSA.
- File name: Save and upload your file with the following name format:
o Agency name_Video(#)_2011CFCNCA
- PSAs will be judged on: Originality, quality and messaging
Submitting Your Entry
- Make your video in a MPEG, MOV or WMV file format.
- E-mail your submission form to cassie.grose@charity.org to receive directions for uploading your video.
- Using the directions received after sending in your submission, upload your video to DropBox.
- Check youtube.com/cfcnca to see your video posted for voting.
- Like your video and get all your friends to do the same to increase your votes.*
*Finalist will be notified by February 15 and invited to the Campaign Finale.

Contest Judging
Contest entries will be judged by a public vote based on “likes” generated on YouTube (50%) as well as a panel of CFCNCA leaders (50%).
