Local Media Covers CFCNCA Results

The $66 million dollars pledged by local Federal workers broke CFCNCA fundraising records.  The Washington Post and the Federal Times covered the announcement that the campaign exceeded the 2009 fundraising goal of $64 million by $2 million dollars. A special thank you ran on page 5 of the February 23 edition of the Washington Post Express newspaper. The Express was at the Finale event to hand out the papers to Federal employees.   The announcement was also featured on the home page of GovLoop.

The Federal Drive morning show on Federal News Radio featured the chair of the campaign's Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) Linda Washington.  Listen in as Ms. Washington announces the dollar figure and offers her thanks to donors.
