Marketing ResourcesWe've introduced new marketing and communications tools, including Campaign Cards that Keyworkers can use in lieu of the catalog to request donations. Many materials were repackaged to provide a fresh new look and make them easier to read and understand. Please encourage all donors to use online resources, especially the online charity search and e-Giving tools, to reduce the costs associated with printing and distributing materials. New this year: CFCNCA is introducing many of the materials for your campaign online and in “template format” so you can customize them with the text and graphics of your choice. Just follow the easy instructions provided with the materials. Please consult the 2009 CFCNCA Style Guide (179 kb, pdf) for specific graphics information on fonts, PMS (color) numbers and other style details.

Campaign CardsWe created new marketing materials that we're calling "campaign cards," which you should hand out to your co-workers with the Pledge Form instead of the printed Catalog of Caring to save overall campaign costs. The four cards include key messages about the benefits of giving, the value of going online, the tangible results of your dollars and a special message to new donors. So, you may decide to hand out one to two cards when you deliver the Pledge Form and save the rest to use when you go back to your co-workers at various milestones as reminders. Plus, you can use these at your campaign events. Also included are customizable versions. These high resolution files of the artwork can be imported into InDesign and text can be added to the colored areas.
Campaign Fact Sheets for e-Giving and e-Pledge optionsWe created fact sheets that you can use to explain our expanded e-Giving options. These fact sheets are available for you to download and distribute to your co-workers.

Campaign Videos and Public Service Announcements (PSAs)These videos and PSAs present real-life testimonials on the importance of giving and how CFC-supported charities have affected Federal workers' lives. President Obama reinforces the spirit of generosity of the Federal worker and the need for donating, now more than ever, in the 2009 Presidential Message. Use these videos at campaign kickoffs, training sessions and other public events. View the 2009 Campaign Videos. Donor Thank You CardBe sure to recognize the generosity of your donors. Distribute a card to each donor to thank them for their pledge and acknowledge their public service spirit.
