2010 Loaned Executive Skills Development Training

The goal of the Loaned Executive Skills Development Training is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the Federal Employee participant so they can facilitate the organization and execution of Combined Federal Campaign activities within assigned agency accounts.  More details.

2010 Charity Briefings

A new season for the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA) is almost here.  CFCNCA will hold several meetings for charities and federations that will outline the requirements to participate in the Charity Outreach Program and discuss other important information on the upcoming campaign.  Learn more.

2010 Large Federal Department and Agency Briefing

In preparation for the 2010 CFCNCA, there will be a special briefing for departments and agencies raising nearly or more than one million dollars during the previous campaign.  This briefing will update "million-dollar accounts" on what's new for the 2010 campaign, share important event dates and raise campaign awareness.  Learn more.

Secretary Locke and Tim Brant Highlight Commerce's Kickoff

The U.S. Department of Commerce officially started their 2009 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) on November 2, with a kickoff in their Hoover Building. Secretary of Commerce, Gary Locke, provided remarks that encouraged his fellow employees to support the CFC this year.

"Bring it Home!" Cheer the Peace Corps

The Peace Corps held their 2009 Combined Federal Campaign kickoff today before a raucous crowd in their Shriver Hall. Employees dressed as cheerleaders led cheers of "C-F-C!" to express their support of this year's fund drive which they've named "The Bring it Home" campaign.

Four Thumbs Up for Interior's CFC Kickoff

As part of their 2009 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) kickoff, the Department of Interior (DOI) held auditions for their first annual "DOI's Got Talent" competition. DOI employees flocked to their Sidney Yates Auditorium today to witness fellow co-workers try-out for a spot in the final round.

USDA Produces a Stellar CFC Start

Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, submitted the U.S. Department of Agriculture's first Combined Federal Campaign pledge form today at their 2009 CFC kickoff. "President Obama has spoke of our country reconnecting as a community, and that's what the CFC is all about," said Mr. Vilsack in his keynote address.

Library of Congress Cuts the Ribbon on their Charity Fair

The Library of Congress held their annual Combined Federal Campaign Charity Fair in their Madison Hall on Wednesday, October 14. The event allowed LOC employees to become aware of some of the many CFC-supported charities in this year's campaign.

Director Berry Highlights OPM's Kickoff

The Office of Personnel Management began their 2009 Combined Federal Campaign before a full house in their Alan Campbell Auditorium on Wednesday, October 14. "The CFC is the leader in workplace giving with the biggest campaign, the lowest overhead and the most money raised," said OPM Director, John Berry. Director Berry stressed participation as the means to meet their 2009 campaign goal, and urged his fellow employees to consider the campaign this year.

USPS Headquarters has the CFC Power

"We've Got the Power" is the theme of this year's United States Postal Service Headquarters' 2009 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Their Campaign Manager, Toni Cook, stated this early and often during her welcome to fellow employees at their CFC kickoff event held on Friday, October 9, in their Ben Franklin Room.
