DOT employees Walk a Mile for the CFCNCA

On November 8, Secretary LaHood led the Department of Transportation employees on a one-mile walk along the Riverwalk.  Approximately 100 employees participated in the walk. Read more.

"Taste of India," sponsored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) at the Department of Transportation (DOT), was held on December 8. Read more.

Competing for a Cause at the Pentagon

On Thursday, December 1, the Pentagon Auditorium put on a less-than-usual event. Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) put a familiar game show spin on an exciting opportunity to promote charities sponsored by the CFCNCA. Bill Brazis, WHS Director and WHS CFC Chair, played the game show host.

2011 Campaign Contest Winners Announced

Congratulations to all 2011 Campaign Contest winners! The CFCNCA Contest rewards specific creative efforts that happen during the campaign season such as events, written materials and overall communications. Specifically, the CFCNCA recognizes the individuals, departments, reporting units and agencies that most effectively and creatively embodied the campaign. Read more.

2011 CFCNCA Finale

DC area Federal employees were recognized on March 6 at the 2011 Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA) Finale. The event, which was held at the Grand Hyatt Washington, celebrated the more than $64 million and counting, pledged through the CFCNCA to help tens of thousands of people locally, nationally and around the world.
