Admiral Thad Allen Honored for his Service to the CFC

Admiral Thad Allen, Commandant of the United States Coast Guard and the Honorary Chair of the Combined Federal Campaign the past three years, was honored this week for his service and dedication to the campaign.

DHS Celebrates a Record Breaking Campaign

The Department of Homeland Security held their annual Combined Federal Campaign awards ceremony on February 18th at the National Association of Home Builders Auditorium. DHS had plenty of reasons to celebrate their 2008 CFC campaign as the Department raised more than $3.5 million, exceeding their goal of $3.2 million.

Federal Employees Raise Record Amount for People in Need

Despite the economic downturn, Federal employees in the Washington, DC area stepped up and pledged more than $62.7 million to people in need through the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area in 2008, making it the largest campaign in the history of the CFC program.

CFCNCA 2009 Announces Key Dates for 2009 Campaign (Includes 2010 Application Schedule)

Planning is now underway for the 2009 Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area.  The calendar will be modified and expanded as additional programs are put in place.
